Last year, the Porsche brand did not hit in the rating due to lack of data. Now they were to win.
To konsaltingovaya company J.D. Power since December 2013 and February 2014 interviewed in Germany with the purpose to find out, customers what brand is most satisfied with their car. By the results were compiled two ratings: the best brands and the best models in segments. The highest grades were given by European and Japanese companies, however, Korea has also shown good results. The vehicles of the participants should be from one year to three years, the study covered 18 288 people.
Avensis survivors in the analyzed period restyling, satisfied Germans better than any other car.
German car owners were asked how satisfied they were with the design of the purchased machinery, power, comfort, equipment, reliability, cost of ownership (it includes fuel, insurance, maintenance and repair) and quality of work of dealers. The maximum number of points — from 835 thousand possible — scored the Porsche brand.

In a similar study last year was leading Volvo, Toyota and Mercedes-Benz. Among the best models in different classes in the rating of 2014 the most common vehicles brands Volkswagen, Toyota and Kia. The sedan Toyota Avensis, which took the first place in its class, the highest points among all of the machines — 848. European drivers customary to ascribe practicality, and for good reason: the majority of respondents (56%) when choosing a machine in the first place put reliability and durability, and value ratio price-quality (48%) and security (46%).
It’s a shame that the leaders of segments A and B are up! and Yaris is not represented on the Russian market.
